Pete's Papercrafts has a division that offers specialized laser cutting services for individuals or businesses. Using our New Orleans based in-house production capabilities on aerospace grade equipment, we can create unique designs on a variety of materials. Laserable materials include wood, acrylic, glass, leather, paper, cork, anodized aluminum, and much more.  We also have capabilities to handle woodworking and custom electronic projects. Custom Papercraft

We work with clients to design custom promotional Papercrafts. Whether merchandise, a donor gift for a non-profit, a swag bag item for a conference, or a memorable thank you card, we can design and produce a Papercraft for you.

Custom Papercraft Process

Client sends us reference photographs and schedules a free phone conversation to discuss the details of the desired design.

We will send a digital design mockup for review and will revise design as needed.

We will create a physical proof and send a photograph of the final design to the client for approval.

Papercrafts are assembled and packaged for retail sale with assembly instructions on the back.

 
 

Custom Laser cutting

You think you’re just looking at a kids drawing. Well you are; but it is so much more. Approached by a parent we turned this drawing, and a few others into laser cut out pieces of wood. The child then painted each of them and did some crafting with their parents to turn them into pins and sell them at a market as their first business!

Wedding Invitations

We had a couple contact us about doing something special for their wedding. After a whole lot of fun back and forth we settled on etching etching the surface of card stock in order to make their wedding invitation. They also ended up putting a piece of film negative into the middle of the card stock and mailing it out. Very cool project.
